Based in Sterling Heights, MI, Serve Academy offers a four-level Electrical schooling program with a curriculum that complies with the US Department of Labor’s standards for apprenticeship programs. Serve Academy is accredited with the Department of Labor and the State of Michigan, and is a NCCER-certified training center.

While the goal is to teach, train and empower electrical apprentices into licensed journeymen. The larger goal is to not just teach the critical skills, but to also deep dive into topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, financial fitness, to hopefully empower Serve Academy members into stronger, well-rounded people too.

Serve Academy is currently offered to Serve Electric employees only.

There are plans for public services in the near future.
