2-Week paid training, in-person at our headquarters in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

If you are not local, we do provide housing during the training. Please refer to more details below regarding the program including FAQs surrounding pay, housing and more.

Requirements to apply:

  • Must be willing to travel, within the United States, for work for a year after your boot camp training program

  • Eagerness to learn, have humility to accept feedback

  • Cannot have a fear of heights, you will operate on lifts and ladders

  • Ability to provide your own hand and power tools

  • Must be eligible to work in the US and have a clear background check and drug test

FAQs

  • This is held at our Serve Electric headquarters in Sterling Heights, Michigan. You must be in-person each day for all 2 weeks.

  • We will cover the cost of lodging if you do not live within driving distance of our headquarters.

  • Yes, this training is paid. Rates are based on your previous experience level.
